Clinical Hospital Centre Zagreb is the leading medical, scientific and educational institution in Croatia.
In Reference Centre for chronic liver disease and Reference Centre for movement disorders (Department of Gastroenterology, Department of Neurology, Department of Pediatrics) most Croatian patients with Wilson's disease are grouped. Our institution provide physicians who are well trained in the diagnosis and treatment of Wilson's disease and broad services needed by Wilson disease patients and their families and technical support required by patients (genetic analysis, metal analysis).

Our Department is the only pediatric centre in Croatia providing the full work-up for establishing the diagnosis. Under the same roof we are able to provide our patients with expert consult in all subspecialty areas. When patients reach the adulthood their transfer to adult care is smooth because we closely collaborate with dr. Kalauz who is a leading expert in a field for adult Croatian patients with Wilson disease. All forms of chelation therapy are readily available as well as liver transplant unit.
