Children's Hospital's mission is to take care of the health problems of infants, children and adolescents from birth to 16 years old. The Children's Hospital has developed leading-edge services and centres of competence in several areas, including organ transplantation (lung, heart, kidneys, liver), endocrinology and diabetology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, cardiology,respiratory medicine or neonatology. It receives more than 50,000 patients per year for outpatient and takes care of 10,000children and adolescents hospitalized for more than 24 hours.

The Clinic des Grangettes develloped  a leading  paediatric center with both emercency and day clinic units. Paediatric specialists in areas such as surgery, radiology, infectiology, neurology, gastroenterology, nutrition and hepatology, orthopedics, cardiology, and neonatology joined to a important maternity center provide a high level of competence and care. Children from birth to 16 years old are senn every year. The center also participate to the pre and post-gradual education.
